I work in an open and flexible way with each and every client, allowing our therapeutic work to develop over time. Whatever is bringing you to therapy at this point in your life is the starting point for our work together.
This may mean we work creatively in sessions, using drawing or other creative elements, or we may just sit and talk. However we choose to work, it will be mutually discussed and agreed with your consent.
I'm an integrative psychotherapist with a background in both psychology and the creative arts. I have been working with clients in various therapy settings since 2018 and work in private practice and at Gay Men's Therapy.
I am regulated by the UKCP and follow their Code of Ethics and Professional Practice.
